The Total Staff never rests even on vacation! During a day at the beach, Total met up with the Sheriff in the ocean and Officer Patrick on the beach. As you can see it was a very hard day!

What Programs Do You Offer For High Schools

Total Defense offers a progressive curriculum complimenting the Ontario High School Curriculum, delivering expectations across all 4 strands: Physical Activity, Active Living, Healthy Living and Living Skills. Programs are designed to be high energy participatory opportunities for students to learn easy to remember life-saving, self-defense techniques and skills. The programs include: Basic Defense, Intermediate Defense and Total Defense Boot Camp / Full Body Workout. All programs consist of 5 lessons delivered during physical education class times in a gym or other appropriate venue. A variety of workshops can also be arranged.
